Do nothing out of anger. If you find yourself loosing your cool, then ask to talk to wife later. Don’t just walk away (she might read this as rejection). Don’t make decision based on anger. Wait until you can think clearly. (That’s why you need a good counselor.) The stronger your emotions the less ability to think clearly.
