Don’t:

cut up credit cards, cut up pictures, or destroy anything she values.

tell all your close friends and family members the gory details. They don’t need to know. They can pray for you without details. Family members are biased. Don’t speak ill will of your wife to anyone (Rom. 12:17–21; Jer. 15:19; Eph. 4:30–32).
